I chose these two images because of their theme colors and similar use of design elements. The rooster image is a print by Mark Bender on page 452 of The Sociey of Illustrators 49th Annual of American Illustration. This is a poster for a local restaurant.
The "cat" image is a poster from an artist that designed one of the t-shirts that I looked at when I was doing my research for inspiration for Project 2.
Both artists use the complimentary colors of orange and blue and bold lines and curves to emphasize and bring vibrancy to their work.
